Norfolk Knitters and Stitchers - providing support to charities at home and abroad with lovingly hand knitted and sewn items.

There are now 2273 members and 137 groups around the county knitting, crocheting and stitching for charity. We support many charities from orphanages and families abroad to small projects at home. Age is no barrier - members range from the young to some well over 100. We have groups in diverse situations reflecting the whole community. Get in touch if you are interested - there's room for everyone!

Good news from West Norfolk - You can take donations to Providence St from Monday 26th October to Thursday 29th October, between 10am and 4pm. You will need to wear a mask when entering Providence St and will be required to leave your donation by Reception. This is all, of course, dependant on restrictions not changing in the meantime. No Prem baby items please and no season items such as Halloween or Christmas. Sorting will be undertake a few days later. (Stephanie Coulson 01485 542146)

The Norwich Wool Loft will be open in a limited way on some Tuesday mornings, by appointment only, to drop off knitting and buy wool. The door will be locked and you will only be admitted if you have phoned Linda and booked a time to arrive on 07884 295905. Masks must be worn and social distancing adhered to.
